How long does my order take to ship?

Monthly Nirvana Box subscriptions ship every 2 weeks of each month.
We currently ship within the U.S. and International.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
Can I can cancel my Nirvana Box subscription?
Subscription customers may cancel or pause their Nirvana Box at any time before the next billing date.
Refunds for subscriptions are not offered once a box has shipped.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items are opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
